A&H Estate Sale Services offers 25 combined years of Estate Sale and Auction experience and expertise. We conduct Estate Sales and Auctions dependent upon the best avenue for our client to attain the highest value for the Estate.

With an Auction all of the items are sold to the highest bidder and nothing remains. A&H conducts Auctions onsite or the Estate can be moved to an off-site location, depending on the needs of the client.

A&H receives 25% commission for gross sales of an auction. The client pays for the advertising and the moving costs if the client choses to have an off-site Auction. Also, the client pays for a dumpster if one is required.
